    Test01 test02 test03 test04 test05

    -----------------------------------------------------

    State2_J State4_A State2_H NUll NULL

    Do columns test04 and test05 contain

    a. the charactes null, NULL

    b. blank characters

    c. EMPTY?

    If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.
