Thanks for the question. I was worried that the help file would be online only as well. I was a bit annoyed that I had to download it since I was doing my SQL install offline at the time. At least now that I have it, I don't have to be online all the time to use it. I imagine there would be a great outcry if Microsoft had chosen that path.
