This question is regarding the sql server background threads.
Can anyone provide me the documentation on sql server background threads and what does each thread does?
checkpt and lazy writer writes to mdf but which thread is responsible for writing to LDF using WAL protocol?
Thats why i wanted to know the functionality of each system thread and they do in the background.
