What are you trying to do? Are you trying to log on to the Blade server or do you want to connect to the SQL Server in the Blade?

For Remote desktop (MSTSC) it has to be enabled in the Blade. If it is just to connect to SQL Server, then the tcp port 1433 should be open. If you want to use SQL 2000 administration tools to connect to SQL Server in the blade then UDP port 1434 should also be open. It should also allow remote connections.
