Constantly forgetting that if I want to know what the SERVER is going to do with an SSIS/DTS package, I have to schedule it, not run it from the design studio/manager interface.
Never stop learning, even if it hurts. Ego bruises are practically mandatory as you learn unless you've never risked enough to make a mistake.
