I've never worked with Service Broker but am considering an implementation on an asynchronous dialer service to integrate with the company solution. Im reading through MSDN but thought about asking here if anyone has some good places to start digging, things i should know and consider about implementing service broker, what should be expected on performance impact on the instance and such.
And links or tips to start off would be very appreciated.
