If you're looking for a book to learn at your own pace, the Official 70-431 book from Microsoft is nothing short of excellent.

Are you looking for classroom training? My company, End to End Training, offers some good options. www.endtoendtraining.com

The product is too big for you to get a complete lesson in the entire thing. Think about what you work with or what your intentions are and then you can find resources.

Most of the general "Learn SQL Server 2005" books are about the same. Browse through them and pick one easy for you to read.

I'm not a big fan of the Microsoft courses, but they will teach you a few things.
