uninstall SSMS 17.9 takes long time

  I tried to uninstall SSMS 17.9 and install the newest version.  I know it can also be upgraded, but I will do a clean install.

  It takes long time for the uninstall - at least half an hour to uninstall the client tool.

  Is it a reason?
