Hi Experts,
I have a csv file with a date column with 2018-09-20 10:26:00 AM.
Inside the SSIS package preview it shows as 20 Sep 18 10:26
and when i load to a table column with date as data type it shows 2020-09-18.Please help i want the result to be '2018-09-20''

Not sure what sort of help you expect. We can't see your code. I'd suspect a dodgy expression somewhere, but that's just a guess.
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
