I worked in support environment and I don't have experience in design. I would like to know how to design a database and what factors need to consider while designing a database.

There is a whole section in the Forums for that, https://www.sqlservercentral.com/Forums/Database-Design, which would be a good place to start, or go to the library and look up a book on database design to learn from.

I agree with Jonathon, this is a broad topic and not something that can be done in a forum thread. Once you start studying and you have specific questions or don't understand a specific concept, come back and post that question.
