I have a 2 node SQL 2014 Cluster on site. The plan is do add a third node for read only purpose in Azure using an Azure VM. Do I need an Internal Load Balancer configured in Azure to set up the Listener? or will a Static IP be sufficient? There is no plan to failover to this Azure node in near future.
