Is it possible to view files in Filestream foder?

  I am just studying filestreams, I've created one and saved a few files of different types there. I know that it is saved as varbinary(max). Now, is it possible to view that files(e.g. pictures) from the folder of my drive?
  
  Should I use a special app which can translate the code back?
