No EditorOptionDefinition export found...ERROR - SSIS - VS2013

  • I'm trying to execute a package in VS2013, but immediately I get error:  No EditorOptionDefinition export found for the given option name: Tabs/Convert TabsToSpaces Parameter name: optionId
I'm puzzled b/c it's the first time I encounter this error.

But that's not all; after I click 'Ok' in the popup message, and try to execute it again, the following error message pops up:  Catastrophic failure(Exception from HRESULT:0x8000FFFF (E_UNEXPECTED).

Does anyone have any possible clue or shed a light in what direction I need to go?
