How to enable File stream in SQL Server 2016 Express edition

    Hi,
    How to enable File stream in SQL Server 2016 Express edition.

    In Sql server configuration manager, FILESTREAM tab is not available in SQL Server engine properties window.

    Is available FILESTREAM feature in SQL Server 2016 Express ?

    Yes, it's available in the express edition:
    Editions and supported features of SQL Server 2016

    Make sure it's Express and not LocalDB.
