Excel Destination Windows closes when I click New Sheet

  I am trying to setup a OLE DB (Souce) to Excel(Destination). The OLE DB setups up with no problem but, I can almost get the Excel connector to setup Getting the file setup work fine but when I click New Sheet button (See image)
  
  It closes the window on me.  I have had to do the nuclear option on Visual Studio so I could get SSDT 2017 installed to work with it.  I am now installing Visual Studio 2017  With minimum options (mainly C++ and C#).  Has anyone had this happen? If so what's the solution to fix it.
