Environment Variable sorting when configuring a project

    Just curious if anyone has figured out a way to sort environment variables when configuring a project?

    By far the most time consuming and tedious task of a deployment is configuring using environment variables.... I figured this would be fixed in 2012 SP1 or 2 or 3 or 2014 or 2016......

    This is a messy area, I agree. I have not found a way. Hoping that someone else answers who has.

    If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
