Hi I am learning sql server multi-instance/active-active failover cluster and always-on feature.
I have 2 sites (connected by fiber within 100meter) and 2 windows sql svr ent 2017 in each site.
What is the best practise to have the best HA solution?

High availability is dependant on what you're protecting against. For each HA feature there are best practices associated.
Which technology are you looking to implement?
