I am migrating our SSIS server from SQL2008R2 to 2016.
I am having problems deploying the passwords to the server from visual studio 2017.
I am trying to use the "Package Deployment Model"
I have both Oracle and SQL database connections.
In 2008r2 I was able to have the passwords pass through to the server by using the "Rely on server storage and roles for access control"
In 2016 there are package variables, which I assign to user variables but the passwords are still not being copied to the server.
How can this be done.?
