I am working on moving SSAS 2012 over to SSAS 2017. A lot of our data lives in Oracle so our analytic's team will create cubes that pull from Oracle.I ran into a problem with the SSAS deployment wizard whenever I would try to push a cube over to the 2017 environment I would receive the below Oracle error stating that access was denied. I ran the deployment from my workstation I have both 64 and 32 bit Oracle drivers installed on my system. I am also running 32 bit as well as 64 bit drivers on the SSAS server as well. I ended up pushing the cubes over to the server from the deployment wizard without processing. After that I would go into SSAS select the cube go into data connections update the Oracle password than fully process the cube. So has anyone ran into this before with the deployment wizard?
