Have a stand alone SSAS server with Tabular and MDX on it, Tabular is the primary on this. Getting hit at high CPU and was checking some of the memory setting and came upon this MS article. Have 128 gig on this server, if anyone similar what do they have the memory limit settings at?
Onservers with large amounts of RAM and no other memory consuming services (suchas SQL Server database engine) running on them, these defaults should probablybe raised. For example, on a server with 256GB of RAM, if you use the defaultsettings, the server will begin cleaning caches once memory usage reachesLowMemoryLimit of 167GB, and this is probably too aggressive�~J�
