Hi!
we created a Report with the integrated Bing maps. On our development-Server, inside Visual Studio, the Report works, the map is visible.
But if we deploy it to our Reporting-Server, the map is not showing but there's an error on the Report "The request failed with HTTP Status 403: Forbidden"
virtualearth.net is reachable from our reporting-Server.
Has anyone an idea?
Greetings from Swiss

If you try to go to https://www.bing.com/maps on the server (from IE) what do you get? Also 403? I suspect this is a firewall issue.

Did you make the necessary changes to the RsReportServer.config file? Refer to this document if needed:
Plan for Map Report Support
as well as this one - check the MapTileServerConfiguration section:
RsReportServer.config Configuration File
