  • Hello,

    did you see message in application log of windows already ?

    The description for Event ID '-1068630008' in Source 'SQLBrowser' cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display the message, or you may not have permission to access them. The following information is part of the event:

    is possible problem with account for sql browser or something else?

    It could be the account but that's probably not too likely.
    Often you get the message if the dll or exe that has the messages is missing from installation issues or the registry is pointing to the wrong location for the messages.
    You can check where the registry is pointing to make sure it's a valid location - it would be in this key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\EventLog\Application\SQLBrowser

    On 2008, I think it would normally point to sbevent.rll
    It this is a recent install and the nothing has been restarted since the install, you may want to try restarting the Windows Event Log service.
    If it's a recent installation, you would probably want to check the summary.txt file in the Bootstrap Setup\Log directory.
