Auto Page Change

  • I currently have several SSRS report plotting 'live' data from a process that is updating at regular intervals so I have used the Auto Refresh of the Report which is working great BUT the report is spread over a couple of pages.

Question is is there a way of making the Report auto cycle the pages at fixed intervals to allow all of the charts to be seen with no user interaction?

If you select the report, go to Manage Report you can setup caching for the report (under cache refresh options) and select a schedule for how often updates happen.

  • Sue,

Thanks for that but surely that just refresh's the whole report with new data whereas I want a multi page report to automatically cycle through the pages without necessarily updating the data.

That is what happens when you refresh.
There is no auto presentation type feature that I'm aware of where it will cycle through the pages or automatically move to the next page.
