Hi all,
We are planning to implement HA and DR solutions with SQL Server 2016. Our plan is to configure two SQL Server Failover Cluster Instance (FCI) inside single WSFC. One FCI (two machines) is planned to configure in HQ Site with one Shared Storage and another FCI is planned to configure on DR Site with another Share Storage. Now I am interested in configuring of Witness Disk and DTC Disk. Any ideas?
At the end it is planned to connect these two FCI with Availability Group in Async mode.

a cluster should have an odd number of nodes ideally, you would then use Majority Node Set quorum.
If you have an even number of nodes across multiple data centers then use a fileshare witness
