Once in while I get error saying access to file is denied while deleting the older file. I have log shipping setup on sharing folder and no one else is using that folder.
What can cause the issue?
I have log shipping which is running every hour and there is no job failure and on next run the file got deleted.

Can you post the exact error and where it is coming from? Could something else have a handle on the file, like anti-virus?
