Current Scenario:
Sending Work Order due mails to all department members with all over due work order details.
Report Parameters:
1) To choose whether Work Order "1 Day before due", "2 days before due" and so on. (Nearly 10 conditions)
2) To choose Department details.(We have more than 75 departments). Normally we choose all the departments.
We have only one data set which will pull all work order details.
REQUIREMENT:
User don't want all department work order details. They want only their department work order details.
Difficulties:
If it is department specific, we need to create lot and lot of subscriptions because mails ids will vary depends on department.
For example, now for "1 day before due" report, we are just sending one report to all users. They need to filter their department details and need to check the data.
If it is department specific, we need to create 75 alerts in this place. I tried Data Driven Subscription but I have no clue on how to retrieve mail IDs depends on department.
Hope you all understand my situation now. Please suggest some good idea.
