how to generate script of a database

  Sir.....

  I have a database named xyz14 which contains 100 tables objects and arround 250 store procedure. All store procedures are written WITH ENCRYPTION keyword in creating time. And database is fill by dummy data.

  So now I want to create a new blank database which contains all tables and store procedure like above database . But when I generate script of above database it shows error like in your store procedure is encrypted we can not generate script. .....for this situation what should I hv to do.......any idea plz....or is there any command in sql by which we can decrypt all store procedure in ond stock......kindly suggest........

  I m using sql server 2008 ....
