I'll take this one. It might be a bit short on its own. If you'd like, I could create a more comprehensive article that discusses all of the new server-level security options: CONNECT ANY DATABASE, as well as IMPERSONATE ANY LOGIN and SELECT ALL USER SECURABLES, if you'd like.

I'd like to keep these short and focused. I'm interested in the upside/downside of this, how you might use it and limitations.
