From Outlook, can you successfully send an email to the address assigned to the operator? If yes, can you open Outlook with the profile used by SQLMail and send the email?

Hi actually my id doent have rights to open outlook on that box. i tried logging in with the service account but seems like the service account id on that box does not have permissions to login remotely.

Please let me know if there is a way to find out as to whats happening.

Can the Exchange administrator check out the profile and see if it is actually sending out the email? What happens if you copy the email address from the operator and use it in the To... box of an email from you? Does it get through?

Hi once the exchange administrator tried to send an email to me from that box and i got the email. i am using my email address in the operator
