  I can't view the report in the report viewer control. It runs into below stated errors:

  An error has occurred during report processing.

  Cannot create a connection to data source 'DataSource1'.

  A transport-level error has occurred when receiving results from the server. (provider: Shared Memory Provider, error: 0 - No process is on the other end of the pipe.)

  I gave all the permissions correctly to access the Report Server and also the Data source

  using the windows integrated security and also I assigned the user the db_securityadmin role

  for the database I am using.

  Can anyone help me to solve this error.

  Have you got the right servername / instance name specified?

  If you rdp into ther server can you connect to the servername using sqlcmd or ssms?
