Does NT Clustering support SQL Server 2000 Replication (Transactional, Merge, or Snapshot)?

Replication can run on a cluster, yes. You'll likely need to create a network share in the same cluster group, though, to support the files necessary to make replication work. More here:

Do you know or have any experience running a central subscriber and central publisher replication topology on a cluster? I want to dodge any known pitfalls while establishing the operational support model.

I haven't... though my organization loves clusters we don't tend to use replication. There are a few folks around here that do both, though.
