| Project description: | Hello, I need a quote both cost and time estimate of creating a SQL Server 2000 DB with the following columns (below). Please reply to me so I can send you the actual excel file from which the DB will be created because it is too large a file to post on Guru. It needs to be developed rather quickly (within a week or so). There are other worksheets that contain codes and other data to import in and a web interface needs to be created that is simple and just contains entry points to enter in data into the database that corresponds to the fields on the excel file. This will be hosted with a hosting company that supports SQL Server, so do NOT include licensing costs in your estimate as they will not be needed. | Employer questions: | (1) List other similar projects and 1-2 references please. (2) Remember I need both Time and Cost estimates - Not hourly! Give me a flat rate quote based on all the information. Please let me know if there is a guru on hand who wants to take this project on or if someone can give me some detailed advice on tackling this.

My question was basically, is there anyone out there that wants to take this project on or can give some detailed advice on how to go about tacking the project and help me devise time and cost estimates?
