My company managed to recover mdf file from corrupted RAID5. Problem is we unable to attach said database to 2 new server which configured as IDE n RAID5. The error is Server: msg 5172. The header for file 'D:\TAIS" is not valid database header. The pageAudit property is incorrect.
Reference to adaptec website said something with DPTDISK file need to replace with newest file. but una to find that file. I suspect header mdf in RAID5 is different with header in IDE or other RAID5. Guys, any idea on this ? Thnks

When you say from a corrupted RAID 5 how bad are we talking (how many drives)? If more than one drive was damaged then you would be unable to get the proper parity info to ensure the mdf is truely complete. If that is the case then I have not yet seen a recover tool for the data and it is a loss.
