I am attempting to use the wizard to migrate a 6.5 service running on NT to a SQL2K SP2 service running on WIN2K.
Whenever I use the wizard it fails with "The wizard was unable to connect to the admin$ share on your remote 6.5 SQL Server. Please verify that this share exists and that you have sufficient permissions to access it".
It does exist and I can map it to the 2K box using my existing login as I have an identical admin login on both machines.
Can anyone please help me?
Thanks in advance.

You need to make sure that the accounts the sql server is starting under on both machines has domain admin then try and use the wizard.
