  I just downloaded the eversion of this book, as it is out of print.  I did make sure I ordered the print version of Vol. 2. 

  If ever there were a chance a re-print of Vol. 1 would ocurr, I would be the first on the purchase list.  What are the chances of a re-print of Vol. 1?  I wished I had checked earlier.
