  I was able to run scripts using isql utility before installing SQL Server 2005. Now when I tried to run the same script I am getting Net-Library Error 10061

  Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

  isql is not supported in SQL 2005 you should use sqlcmd instead you can find details of how to use it in BOL
