Moving DTS package

  Hello,

  I have a dts package in sql server 2000 default instance. Now I need to move this DTS package to another default instance of new sql server 2000. How can I do this?

  Open the package and do a Save As, where you specifiy a different server.

  Or this site has a nice tool for moving packages around.

  Moved to DTS forum. Please watch where you post.

  Also, when you do the packages, if you can't see the new server, you can save as a structured storage file, copy that over, and load it in.
