what are the papers should i pass to become a MCDBA for sqlserver2000?

The exams for the MCDBA cert were retired a long time ago and there's no longer any way to get that cert. Rather look at getting MSTS and MCITP for either SQL 2005 or SQL 2008

Why? Why 2000 and not 2005?
There are a lot of good books for SQL 2000 that will give you tonnes of info.

I'll second the recommendation of the SQL Server Bible by Paul Nielson. Very good book.
