We installed the 120-day evaluation of SQL Server 2000 on our web server a few weeks ago to get our site up and running, while we awaited our licenced copy to arrive figuring it should be a cakewalk to upgrade. Well we did, and the upgrade seemed to go ok but when I look at the properties of the server in Enterprise Manager, it still labels the SQL Server as an Evaluation version, instead of the Standard version we upgraded to.
Has anyone else seen this or have any insight as to tell if we are still going to expire after the 120 days or if the server will still be labeled as evaluation since that was the initial install?

This (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/281574) seems to imply that it should be the retail version if you upgraded.
I would at the very least set an alert for the day before expiration and be prepared to deal with this.
