I don't quite understand what you are saying/asking. But...
Why did you refresh the job? Was it running?
Something happened to or with that job. Right click on the job, select View Job History, check the box for Show Job Steps. You should be able to see where a job failed. Check for error messages.
Otherwise, give us more information about what happened.
