Cause and solution to a wait type of: OBJECT: 32767:124607697:0 [COMPILE]

  This is a Sql2008r2 instance to Sp2 CU 10. Unpredictably, so far, all activity on the instance will stall because all tasks are waiting on a compile of a resource db object SELECT OBJECT_NAME(124607697, 32767) which is sp_procedure_params_90_rowset. That call is made by the ADO (vb6) based driver not our application. There are 112 databases on this server and roughly 1000+connections during the day.

  Has anyone seen this before? Anyone fixed it?

  Best guess but i can't get the data back to prove this.
