Hello,
These are the sequences of steps that I have undertaken and after that I am unable to find the 'Integration Services Project' template, when I open SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio and try to create a new project.
1. Install the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express
2. Installed the Visual Studio 2005 Standard Edition
3. Installed the SQL Server Express Tool Kit and while installing I ensured that all the options are selected.
Now when I open Visual Studio, under Business Intelligence Projects, all I see is 'Report Server Project Wizard' and 'Report Server Project'. No 'Integration Services Project' templates are present.
What should i do to fix this?

Upgrade to a higher edition (standard/developer/evaluation/...).
SSIS is not supported in Express.
