  Hi Experts,

  Sorry for the duplicate post.

  we need to move one of our database to SQL Managed Instance which is using Filestream.  Could you please provide a good recommendation which is not complex and uses native solutions. Application team is ready to made any change.

  Can we use Azure blob storage? will get sacrifice high availability or Geo-replication?
