backup and restore of a Filegroup

    I have a database with 2 filegroups, one filegroup is the PRIMARY with 600 tables (10GB space) and the second filegroup SECUNDARY with only one table, but this table (170GB space). I need make a backup of the PRIMARY filegroup only to restore in my notebook. The problem is that apparently is necessary to make a full backup and a log backup of database. Is there any way to backup and restore the PRIMARY filegroup without backups logs and full backup log
