Hi,
the problem is an expired subscription.
I have a sql-server 2008 publisher/distributor and a sql-server 2000 SP 4 subscriber.
The retention period is 14days.
Subscription Validation (rowcount) failed - maybe more than 14days.
The Merge-Agent ran last yesterday, with Subscription Validation (rowcount) failed, and today the replicationmonitor tells me, that the Subscription is expired. So me question is:
Can failed supscription validation cause subscription expiration?
thanks in advance

Thanks for fast reply,
so "...synchronized within 14 days..." means
"synchronized within 14 days without validation errors"?
