cannot create folder in SSIS Db

  Hi

  SSIS db has been created and the user has ssis_admin permission

  But when the user tries to create a folder they get the message does not have sufficient permission.

  is ssis_admin not sufficient or what other permission need to be assigned to create the folder

  Are they logged in using Windows auth? SSIS does not like SQL Server auth very much.
