Long story short I tried a host and didnt like it so I have returned my dnn websites back to my new server.
The host ran 2008 10.00.2531 where the database was created.
My server has 10.00.1442 installed with sp1
My database wont restore because of the version difference.
What are my options keeping in mind I am not a database guru. Once its running I just ignore it. What a compliment for a software!
I welcome your advice.
Thanks
Dan

If the database is from a more recent hotfix or service pack you need to apply that hotfix or service pack to your machine. Once done you should be able to run the restore.
