  Hello,

  I am struggling with the fact that somebody uninstalled the SQL2005 instance off my witness server. How do I re-establish this server as the witness server??

  Everytime I try to add the witness server to the existing mirror configuration, I get a Error 1456. Please help!!!!!!!

  I am quite new to SQL so I need a simple and easy way to do this.

  It may actually be a problem with SQL Server. Have a look at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930284
