  I have a requirement to grant a couple of users access to run specific SQL jobs that runs SSIS packages. Is there a way to grant them access in some way to address the issue of not granting them too much access.

  Short answer, create aw proc to run  the job, give users permission to the proc. The proc needs EXECUTE AS
