Recently, when setting up a db restore from EM, when adding a device:- Try to browse to a backup file location and a SQL dialogue box appears on the server box warning there is no disk in drive a:
Workaround: put a disk into the a: local drive on the SQL Server and continue browsing. Problem is when restoring remotely and no diskette is in the local drive on the SQL Server box this causes the restore wizard to hang.
Question: Is there a setting for the default location?
